Nice boss

First day as a boss. Wohoo!

It was fun at work today. I mean, it almost didn't feel like working because I was so excited about it and everything. And I didn't do that much bossing, but I still was on a different position from the regular sales people at the office.

I noticed that authority doesn't always come with the title. It has to be gained. The boss has to build trust between herself and the employees, be on the same level with the employees, be interested in the employees and encourage them, and, not try to be too much. Nothing sucks more than being full of themself.

Tomorrow: another day. And my plan is to get better all the time. And my mission at the office is to increase sales. The credit for the sales of course goes to the sellers, but a good organization behind them and a good boss, of course ;), don't harm. Instead, in the best case, it will help the sellers become better and gain more. Feedback rules! And I'm glad that the atmosphere at the office is great. It's a good place to start getting awesome!
